Have you bought a shed, summerhouse or garden office and the company have no base laying service? On most sites it states that the structure is to be laid on a level solid base. 

Well we can install the base for you at the required dimensions and ruling.

Especially with garden offices there are legal and company requirements even with the base! The height must be under a certain height for planning regulation. Usually with offices, the base is made slightly larger so that the office can be moved to face the desired direction. Some offices have air con units and need extra space for the unit to sit on. Also a base should be 500mm set in from any boundary like a fence. This is so the fitters can get to the back of the office and use a drill.

Our base service is very quick and hassle free. We turn up and the usual time is 5 hours to prep and lay base.

We don't just lay concrete bases, in our view these are always the best form of base. Maybe not the Eco best however if you are spending hundreds of pounds on a structure, well best the base stays level and does not sink over time. However some people like slab bases and timber bases. We fit all these too. 

Due to the fact we lay slabs, we do also pave and lay patios and paths. Very handy to get from the house to the garden structure.

Our bases are laid on a compacted sub base stone (mot type1) then a damp proof sheet is laid and then the cement / slab. Timber bases are spiked into the ground and post creted into place. Heavy duty screws (not nails) are used to form a sturdy platform.

We offer a great base laying service, laying bases for one of the biggest UK companies in Garden Offices. We are based near Heathrow Airport however we do travel and we go as far east as Ipswich, Up towards Birmingham, Along the cost and as far west as Wiltshire. A huge area. All we ask is for some carefully worded questions including access, size, taking of deliveries etc. A photo of the site and a date of installation or delivery.

We are happy to erect sheds and summerhouses. Garden offices usually come supplied as installed, however if you need a new shed or summerhouse but no one to build it, then we can offer this service too.

In short, we can clear the old area including taking down of any old structure, lay the base needed and even erect the new structure. Hassle free any expertly done.
